Good morning @Humblefish. Do you have a link where you show your bagging process and what your packaging process is like? I'm curious if to learn about this in case I buy from you I can see what to expect, or, for my own future shipments if I ever decide on trying my hand.

Cheers and happy reefing.

Basically, I ship in sterile water (1.026 SG) that has been circulating/heated for 24 hours. I don't ship in tank water because you don't want to confine a fish in bag water with bacteria present.

I pump all the bags full of pure O2. The inner bag is tied using rubber bands; the outer (second) bag I use a heat sealer on: https://www.uline.com/BL_2261/Deluxe-Tabletop-Poly-Bag-Sealer-Impulse-with-Cutter

I ship using these thick insulated styrofoam coolers + box: https://loboy.com/styrofoam-coolers-for-insulated-shipping/

I use heat/cold packs as needed, but my favorite temperature controlling pack is the Phase-22: https://www.cryopak.com/packaging-and-refrigerants/phase-change-materials/phase-22/

It actually phase changes to keep the temperature as close to 72F as possible.

A customer shared this awhile back: https://humble.fish/community/index.php?threads/unboxing.319/

I use this third party for overnight Fedex shipping: https://shipyouraquatics.com

It's also important to attach a Lacey Act Sticker (below) to the box, listing the quantity and name (common + scientific) of each & every fish you ship. So, if the box ever gets inspected they will know exactly what is supposed to be inside.
