Angels are my personal favorites in a tank! Even over tangs. Post your Angels (large & small) here. Share any experiences past or present on angels you have kept.

My first angels were a pair of Venustus Angels (Paracentropyge venusta). The female would hang with my Blonde Naso about as often as her mate. They were always out exploring & had a great temperament. These 2 got me hooked on having angels in my tank.

Today I have a Regal Angel, Goldflake & a group of dwarf angels.
Dwarf Angel group: Bicolor; Flame; Multicolor; Potter's & Coral Beauty

I only have the one fairly common Angel, but she's a little unusual in that she's a big girl with streamers

A long time ago I had a pair of Masked Swallowtails, hopefully one day I'll get them again. Those are up there near the very top of my fav fish list!

I've never kept an angel outside of Genicanthus.

As my name implies I don’t have a tank big enough for one now. But when I was growing up my parents had a big tank and we had this majestic angel. I can’t wait to have a big tank in the future to have some of these larger fish again!
The colors/pattern of a Majestic Angel are stunning. I’ve seen where Biota is selling captive bred Majestics now.

I can't find photos of them in my reef, I think because I was using photobucket at the time but here are the old masked swallowtails when I got them. They are really expensive now but even in 2015 when I got them they were really expensive so I was using 50 gallon tanks for ttm as it was worth using that much salt to ensure their survival.

In case you are wondering why I don't have them just 6 years later, they were sold as a pair but never really got along great (in a 180) the male eventually killed the female and the male was fine after that but when I moved, I was so concerned he would pick on other fish in a holding tank I kept him separate from my other fish in a tank full of euphillyia. Well the euphillyia melted overnight and took him with them.

@don_chuwish & @sjustis - at your convenience, would you mind posting your thread links about your rescue fish here:

I would like to have a thread where I can go to read these stories again (not just bookmark). Or refer a discouraged member who feels like throwing in the towel.
