Right now my home remedies are kanaplex and erythoromycin , in this case which do you think I should use best ?
Or can I use a different antibiotic that's meant for humans but for fish to be more effective? Because I am in Vietnam, it is very difficult to find another antibiotic for fish, if I want to have it, I have to order it from the US and it takes a lot of time.

Based on what you currently have on hand, Kanaplex would be the best option.

With kanaplex is it better for me to mix in the food or the water dose would be better in this case!
Since I plan to feed and use prazipro in the water column to continue on quarantine for this fish a few days ago I already gave a dose of prazi,and this Wednesday is the second dose.

Mix in food if you have to treat in the DT.

Good afternoon Mr.Humble!
My majjestic angel is now after 48h vs kanaplex+metroplex, today i monitor him he has another pimple emerging from the infection, can you help me diagnose the situation of the current infection, i feel this is a turn for the worse, and what can i do now!
And here is a picture of the current wound.

Or switch to using one of the stronger ABX listed here at the top: Antibiotics

Currently in my country there is no furan-2 so I can switch to another antibiotic, according to you I should use Ciprofloxacin I bought at a human pharmacy, or I use seachem Neoplex because this drug I can find available at my local aquarium market, what should I use at the moment to make the wound better!

Neoplex can be mixed with kana + metro.

Cipro is best used in a bath treatment: Ciprofloxacin (Best administered via 1-2 hour bath treatment. Dosage is high: 250mg per gal. Repeat every 24 hours for 7 days. Methylene Blue can be added to increase efficacy.)

You could technically do both.

Is using so many antibiotics too much for this little fish, I plan to dose kana+metro directly into QT, and give Cipro bath 24h apart for 7 days,will you find that enough and reasonable in this case.
I also just bought pills that are used for people, the pill and its ingredients is picture below. Can you advise me if I use a haft of pill for one Majestic angel fish, is it possible?

If you are only doing a 1 gallon bath, then I would cut the tablet in 1/2 (250mg). Is it fully dissolving it water? The Ciprofloxacin itself should, but some of those excipients listed may not.

I just received Neoplex and my product seems broken it closes like this!
So the possibility of me using Neoplex+kana+metro is not possible because the whole shipment of the seller to me is like that.

To be honest, I'm not very good at diagnosing infections like this because this is my first time encountering a case like this.
Here's what I saw and I'm going to tell you: It was just a small bruise at first but it slowly spread over the top of the fin and it appeared to swell and press on the skin and scales under the dorsal fin, after 2 days vs kana+metro there was a red protruding pimple like pimple, and after 4 days passed vs metro+kana the swelling was reduced but the pimples spread more on the dorsal fin and above there is a fin bone that I see as a blood vessel emerging from the inside.
