Yes, I would wait on the Cipro bath (for now) because I think the most important thing right now is to detox her from all medications.
Ok, Im 5 days into 1 hour Cipro baths and it seems to be working well. I am seeing more of her fins regenerate, appetite has still been strong but stress levels are still somewhat high as daily shes jumping out the water for small periods of time. Should I proceed with Cipro baths for another 5 days or do something different? I would love to get her back into the tank sooner than later but dont want to risk her long term health.

I would finish out at least 7 days of the baths per the instructions in the antibiotics thread - it’s never good to discontinue antibiotics too soon (in humans or fish!) @Humblefish would have to say if he thinks that going longer than that is still necessary. Do you have any new pics of the fish?

absolutely agree. I was going to do at least 7 days bc if memory serves me I think the instructions say 5-7 days. I was going to do 10 but after that I wanted to get her back in the tank to reduce stress levels. I just dont know if thats rushing things.

Ok tamarin has completed 10 days in a 1 hour cipro bath. She’s looking pretty good. Not all of her fins have grown back fully but she looks a lot better. What should I do next? Add her back, wait a few days, do a different antibiotic till all fins have grown back? I can get photos up a little later or even a video.

I would just keep her in clean water until all the fins grow back, and power feed several times per day using vitamins:
