I have a Blond Naso in QT (day 1) currently in Copper Power at 2.0 PPM. that has what I think is popeye. I looked at the eye and don’t see any visible flukes in the eye but I am going to do a fresh water dip just to be safe. I have never dealt with popeye before and wondering what action I should take?

I have the following meds on hand.
API GC
Metroplex
Prazipro
Methylene blue

Welcome to the group. Eye infections can sometimes be a real tough battle.

First step would be to give the fish a bath in methylene blue. This helps as an antiseptic and helps the fish's immune system to get some extra oxygen into it to battle the infection.
Next dosing in a bath with erythromycin (aka Maracyn at 2X the recommended dose usually works well with the gram positive bacteria associated with eye infections. This treatment will need to be done over 10-14 days as fish are usually very slow to respond to the help of antibiotics.
Last step, if necessary, for stubborn eye infections, to help prevent permanent damage to the eyes is to treat the fish's eyes directly with a Silver Nitrate solution. See below.

Thank you @Big G Follow up question, do you know if the QT clock start over when taking a fish out of copper to perform a dip or medicated bath?

30 minutes baths for 10-14 days at double the regular dose for baths. At least once a day; twice a day if the fish can handle it.
Thank you, I had to order erythromycin but the fish didn't end up surviving before it arrived.
