What treatment protocol are you using? If you are using Formalin or Tea Tree Oil they have a shot. If not then for sure have to Euthanize the ones showing signs.

Euthanize one with red sore and keep trying with the rest since they are isolated. Be careful of cross contamination.

Every time I did not euthanize I ended up regretting it later due to more deaths - that may or may not have happened but red sores outside = no hope in most cases.

Possibly internal Uronema or the parasites are deep down in the dermis.
