My powder brown was being somewhat bullied by my Blonde Naso. I was finally able to pull him out tonight and put him in my holding tank 40G breeder. But she looks like she is pregnant. Any idea?

Looks constipated. I had a Powder Blue this would happen to sometimes. Try feeding peeled boiled green peas to help push things out.
Ok hopefully he will eat. Thought I saw like 4 white spots. Seems impossible it would be ich. Due to tank being fallow and fish going through QT. I hope nothing got through. Hoping it’s sand

If he does have Ich, more spots will start popping up soon. Acanthurus Tangs have very little protection from parasites.

Anything else that can be done for the powder brown? Found this guy dead for no reason I can see. Been eating fine and all. Only thing I can think of is the Hawk Fish he shared the tank with sometimes would pick at him

You can sprinkle a small pinch of Epsom salt (laxative) over his food. If you can catch him and QT, dosing kanamycin (e.g. Kanaplex) will cause diarrhea sometimes.

That chromis looks extremely emaciated to me. Have you ever seen white stringy poop come out of him?

On the Chromis no never noticed any. On the powder think might be to late he’s starting to float upside down 😥
