Please list all fish you have used H2O2 on + ppm concentration & duration (how long?) so I can begin compiling a list. Also mention if you noticed any adverse reactions either during or after the bath.

Currently the “standard” is to treat @ 150ppm for 30 minutes as outlined here: Hydrogen Peroxide – Marine Fish Diseases and Treatment

GREEN = SUCCESSFUL
ORANGE = SUCCESSFUL BUT FISH HAD AN ADVERSE REACTION
RED = NOT SUCCESSFUL / FISH DIED

All for 30 min at 150ppm. The wrasses tended to play dead but I think that’s just wrasse dramatics.

Hmmm..I have a Threadfin Butterfly that doesn’t seem like it’s going to make it almost three weeks after treatment but I can’t say for certain it was bc of the peroxide. I also had ocellaris clownfish go through the same bath successfully. 150ppm 30min

I used a bit more than 150ppm (just rounded up to closest mL) for 30 min but here is what has seen a bath:

China Wrasse
Diamond Goby
Splended Pencil Wrasse
Longnose Butterfly
Longfin Fairy Wrasse
Blue Mandarin
Royal Gramma
Kole Tang
Desjardini Sailfin Tang
Copperband butterfly (died suddenly but weeks later so probably not related)

All of the wrasses kind of freaked out either poking their heads out of the water, playing dead, or flashing during it. Some were showing stress colors. I am not sure I would call it an adverse reaction as they stopped immediately once out if the bath. I wonder if the peroxide feels weird on the gills and wrasse are drama queens.

success:

-ocellaris clowns
-moyers wrasse, at least 4 baths if memory serves
-orangeback fairy wrasse, 2 successes, one..
-magnificent foxface

fail:
-the last bath of the orangeback fairy wrasse killed it, but i'm fairly confident i dosed his bath at 300ppm

i thought i had done more, but i guess i just kept doing baths on the same fishes. wrasses definitely seem to dislike it more than anything else i've seen. the foxface didn't look happy and went full camo mode, but that seems like standard foxface behavior, plus my cat decided to go pester him during his bath which seemed rude. the clowns didn't even notice anything was happening

i can't remember if i did a single h2o2 bath on my ora order of 2x meiacanthus kamohari & neon goby. if i did they were definitely successful

I've been successful with all fish I tried except with filefish (Acreichthys tomentosus). Tried 2 times, failed both times. They died after a few hours.
First time 150ppm for 30min. Second time 75 ppm 30min.

You can add Golden Pygmy Angel to the list. No issues. 150ppm for 30min.

I swear I feel like I'm just dropping the fish in a bowl of regular water because I can't see it.

Many of the fish on my list were treated more than once, ie hybrid TTM initial and day 6 repeat bath, etc. To keep things simple I just indicated the number of specimens that underwent treatment rather than the number of times treatment was provided. In other words, if a fish had two baths I listed it as 1x but if two different fish of that species had baths I listed as 2x.
