If you can get a picture under much whiter lighting, that will help immensely. In that picture, those look like stress spots, but the heavy blue saturation makes it difficult to ascertain what the spots could be for sure.
ok did that

Looks like ick to me but there is a white spot near the base of its tail that makes me think of flukes aswell

Not really looking like ich. Do you happen to have aptasia or anything that could have stung the fish? Foxface's are like bananas. The always seem to have minor injuries that heal just fine in a day or 2.
NO only a clown and one stupid 3 stripe damsel that I CAN NOT CATCH for the life of me basic clean up crew and tuxedo urchin and anemone plus lots of corals ....he does eat fine but he is kinda faded in color more than normal.

Can you post a couple more pictures? So many things can look so similar. Foxfaces are quite resistant to disease (NOT immune) so, I wouldn't get super concerned right now, but a couple more pictures could help with a more certain diagnosis
Took another one

The only thing that may help would be an h202 bath. (Not a cure, but should take care of the bulk of the parasites.) Although, those flatworms burrow in pretty well, and peroxide may not do anything. Otherwise, treating with prazipro should wait until you are home to monitor and be ready to do a water change and run carbon if needed. @Humblefish has alot more experience with black ich.
