Also the naso is still swimming face down in the bubbles could that be because it feels good on its skin? It's been through the prazipro/GC treatment

Oh wow I though it was going to show fast lol

2 weeks would be the minimum.

More likely the fish is seeking relief from parasites or worms inside the gills.

Should I try a 3rd round of general cure again? I'm just concerned that it will starve it won't eat during the treatment

If you've already done two rounds of GC (7 days apart) then odds are it's not worms.

You would need to consider a "gentle" QT protocol for treating Ich/velvet. Two options below:

It's been in copper for 18 days now would I need to switch to ttm or just keep it in the copper longer? It will eat when it's just copper alone.

@ohlero Is he scratching or breathing heavy? Maybe he does just enjoy the sensation of swimming through the bubbles.

The spot on the tail fin could be Lympho:

Well thank you for all the help but it a not going to make it. This lfs is just terrible and this naso fallowed the exact same timeline as the last 2 1/2 week stop eating and dead at 3. It's not totally dead yet I'm going to try a water change without copper and see what happens
