This is the manufactures recommendation
"We recommend you scrape after 1 week to ensure the treatment is successful. If gill flukes are suspected or confirmed, repeat treatment after 21 days to ensure developed eggs are killed. Use once a year as a routine wormer to prevent the build-up of tapeworm or flukes."
But when I talked to the Dr behind it, for Worms she suggested if you had seen them, was dose week 1 then another dose 3 weeks later unless I performed any water changes then I should re dose to maintain levels.
In no way an expert so Im open to other peoples ideas and recommendations.
