Jesus Christ. he's still alive. stuck to the overflow this morning. again, I assumed he had died. But one push with the net and he's getting around the tank. He can swim but its clumsy and not graceful at all.

I can't imagine he's going to recover but damn is he fighting his ass off

I so wish he would show some improvement, especially after all of his fighting!! Keep us updated!

It was a good learning experience to be able to get a hospital tank up quickly. It definitely helps to have spare stuff lying around. Having media in my sump to help seed the QT was definitely key.

The one thing I didn't have that I've since purchased is a cheap yet overpowered heater; It'll be nice to be able to heat 10g to 78 degrees ASAP.

So, maybe, if I can find the right fish, I'll buy it and give QT'ing it myself a shot. I gained some confidence in being able to see and react to an issue & stay on top of scheduled dosing etc.
