Safely removing plague level zoanthids/palys

So I made the huge mistake of putting Nirvanas and Pandoras on the main rock work in my 32 gallon; and they're growing to absolute plague proportions and have killed off several nicer zoa colonies. What is a safe(ish) way of getting rid of these evil things?

The whole rock structure is epoxied together. I don't know if these two species are known for releasing toxins, but I would lean toward yes as i believe them to be palys, not zoas.
