Not all flukes are large enough to see. Not sure if you tried general cure yet?
Hmm but it managed to survive 15 min in fw so I should see any improvement but saw nothing. I also hv microscope which I used. Only thing I saw is black coloured thing coming out of it's body(may be waste). I hv tried cure of fin rot already but no improvement. It just stopped fin rot for 1 month but again it started. I may one last time had to fw dip. Can fish live in that much high breathing and with no tail? It is having hard time swimming (acoording to me). What cure should I proceed to?

You mentioned scratching and heavy breathing so I was thinking maybe flukes + bacterial problem. FW dips can help with symptoms but will not cure flukes, I don't believe it kills the eggs.

If it were my fish I would try to treat for both flukes and infection.

It is totally possible that there is something internal going on leading to a weaker immune system and causing infection. It might not be curable but you said the fish was still eating? I tend to try to save fish until they are obviously past saving.

Okk I'll again fw dip and look in microscope. It is actually very good in surviving fw dip. It can stay upto 30 min so thinking to keep my salinity at 1.010 for 1 week and see what happens. But now the biggest problem is how to catch it again:ROFLMAO:. Last time it was weak so I got it through net now I had to do a lot of hardwork. If it is flukes then my lionfish would hv bought it so I'll lower my salinity in 48 hrs slowly slowly.
I actually had that doubt coz my lionfish is yawning and doing kind of rush forward so good idea to treat for it.

Thanks

Hypo is a great option if you don’t have inverts.

Hypo for treating Flukes: Treat @ 1.009 SG for at least 10 consecutive days. In some instances, 35 days @ 1.009 SG may be required to fully eliminate certain species of flukes.

So I did fw dip to find some clue but it is like it's skin is peeling. Can it be coz of flukes? I hv lowered my salinity to 1.016 from 1.020.

hmm I would be surprised if a damsel survived brook this long but the FW dips and any sort of hypo would have suppressed it. 🤔 Since you have a microscope, check out this thread, there is a video of it under a scope.

Things r getting little worse. It developed holes between it's eye which I suspect caused due to iching. I had lowered my salinity to 1.010. sorry for blurr pics as it is really hard to capture it.
