Update got some more seiryu stone, added in Cory's, checker board barbs. Adopted a singular blue tetra and black neon. Added a school of 12 jumbo neons, and I have a farlowela in qt. Put my pair of gold angels in because they're spawning every week and I don't need them to lol

Also....the 125gal has been approved for the office upgrade! It'll be a bit before I start looking for one and I'd like to have discus in there at least. Gonna have a 75gal grow out in the fish room for easy water changes to make them grow fast. That way I don't have to spend 150$ per adult discus

It is a cool fish...what is it? I don't think I have ran across this one but been out of the freshwater world a long time.
That is a farlowella catfish or the twig catfish. Primarily eats wood and also algae. It has an extremely slow metabolism and can live around 15 years

How do you peroxide treat the plants?
I have done peroxide dips for the whole plant and have that work and then brush off algae. I've also pipetted peroxide or liquid carbon onto plants as well and have that work to some degree. Most of the time; I will just trim off the leaves with algae on them. I have black beard algae on my driftwood so spot treatment is the what I will go with for that
