What treatment? Clownfish rescue

Hi HF. Me again… after a week dosing metro he’s had ups and downs. Yesterday and today he’s been hanging out at the top at times, less movement at times and it looks like that facial cloudiness is becoming more noticeable again. He breathes very fast. I just did a Formalin bath. Attached pictures from this morning. Any thoughts? Could he have something other than Brook?

this is a stumper.... I would monitor if the formalin bath helps with the cloudiness at all. If it doesn't improve his condition I don't think its brook related. If it does improve his condition(reducing cloudiness) then its likely still brook. If this isn't brook I would try kana + metro as it may be a bacterial infection. Is he eating at all? He's looking really skinny which is probably contributing to his condition

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We have both on hand! And yes, he’s skinny but he’s come a LONG way since we brought him home. He was a head and skeleton. We’re very proud of his fight!

Update!

He’s doing well and is now in his own home. He’s putting on weight and is doing so much better. Was a long month of treatment but he’s better. Thanks for all the info and help. We couldn’t have done it with @Humblefish.
